Stay at Brass Key if going to Provincetown!

Fantastic property with wonderful rooms, beautiful courtyard, and a pool qnd hot ub surrounded by gardens. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The wine and cheese hour is so much fun and the hotel bar is lively and attracts locals and visitors. Highly recommend the Brass Key for a amazing adults-only experience in Provincetown!

Love this place!

The Brass Key is one of my favorite places in Provincetown! The hotel is lovely, the staff is fantastic, and the location is central. The pool, large hot tub, and complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon make this a wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Brass Key Guesthouse was nothing short of excellent. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the concierge was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations throughout my visit. The room itself was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the onsite bar, the Shipwreck Lounge. The atmosphere was great, and I really enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese event they hosted for guests. It was a thoughtful touch. The drinks at the bar were also fantastic, well-crafted and strong! Throughout my stay, I received regular updates about hotel events, which made it easy to stay in the loop and make the most of everything they had to offer. Check-out was just as seamless as check-in, rounding out a truly enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend the Brass Key to anyone looking for a charming and well-run place to stay in Provincetown!

Provincetown Oasis

I have stayed in many inns and hotels in Provincetown over the years The Brass Key offers a true resort situation just a block from the hustle on Commercial street while offering an oasis of comfort and style. I have not found anything else on the outer cape to compare.

Beautiful Hotel, but Room Disappointing

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming ambiance and an excellent location perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and exploring the area. However, the room was incredibly small—it barely fit two suitcases comfortably, making it feel cramped and inconvenient. Additionally, there was noticeable dust in the corners of the bathroom, which gave the impression that cleaning standards weren’t up to par. If you plan to stay here, I’d highly recommend booking a suite for a more comfortable experience. While the location and overall atmosphere are great, the room size and cleanliness left much to be desired.

Stay cuz was good but hot tub was broken and had to pay extra for parking. Brass key is no longer filling all of its available parking spots. Very disappointed in that.

The property it is meticulously maintained, the pool has several lounge chairs and jacuzzi was a plus. The courtyard is beautiful with an outdoor fireplace with seating surrounding it. The lobby also has a fireplace with sofas providing a quaint feeling. The entire crew was very accommodating and conscientious. It was a very pleasant experience and we intend to go back.

Surprise gem

My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Brass Key. Daniel made us feel so welcome and helped us spend a perfect evening in Provincetown. I had a lot of questions and he had all the answers. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast and were given cookies for the road. It was one of 10 places we stayed on our road trip and it was by far the best stay.
