Very small room; pipes bang all night long; walls paper thin & you can hear people talking & snoring all night long. Main AC broken, small backup ac hung on window had long extension cord and worked. Spiders everywhere, so keep your doors closed! Not walkable to town. Breakfast was ok average.

This is the smallest room I’ve ever been in. The TV does not work. The microwave did not work, until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Then it took 25 minutes to heat a piece of lasagna. One of the two bulbs over the sink is out. There is not so much as a chair, except for the bed there is no place to sit. It’s the only room in the place with a window A/C unit. The heat does not work. The mirror is scratched and there’s a booger on the lamp shade. An extension cord runs from the bathroom to the A/C unit. The lock on the top of the door was so loose I used my Swiss Army knife to tighten it. I’m old and if I stumble when leaving, I’ll fall right down some very short but steep steps to my death. They’re barely a step away! I feel like a prisoner. If I felt I could drive safely at night, I would leave. I’m considering sleeping in my car in the parking lot. This is how an old Marine is treated, terrible, just terrible. I guess I shouldn’t have worn my Marine hat when I entered the lobby…..I’m sure there’s more, but I imagine you get the gist of it. I wish I could end this with I’m kidding, I really do! Please don’t sell this room for them again, I’m new to Expedia and now wonder if they gave me this room because I booked through you. I did book a room in Boston, I hope it’s not anything like this. I’ve traveled the world while in the Maine Corps and always promised myself that if I lived long enough to retire I’d see some of my own country. Sad

Pleasantly surprised.

Hotel was conveniently located. Easy walk into town. About 5 minutes. - based on looking at a map, I thought we were much farther away. Every employee at the hotel was very friendly. Clean, quiet. Very acceptable breakfast.

Perfect in every way for our honeymoon. Except for the steep stairs by our 2nd floor room. Next time we’ll ask for first floor. Breakfast is minimal. No PB, nothing hot except water and strong coffee. But none of these inconveniences would cause us to stay anywhere else. Just lovely

This was my first time ever staying at this property. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Great set up. They had a very nice complementary breakfast and the property was very close to the attractions that we wanted to go to so we were able to walk at least some of the times, it was just a great place to stay

The single queen rooms are small and located above reception along a busy main road. No black out curtains, a/c was dirty and smelled of mold. Rooms need updating. Far ast side of P-town, trolley runs only every 2 hrs in September. Hard pass.
