The property is historic, it is well placed in a good area, the outside and lobby areas are nice. The bathroom was not clean and also very old and dingy. It absolutely needs a total renovation. It was redone in a very pore and cheep fashion. The housekeeper was very nice, some receptionists very nice and some of them really nasty. Very noisy, door were slammed and you could here all your neighbors talking in their rooms. Maybe more isolation in the walls and a slow closing mechanisms for the doors necessary.

This is an enviable location -we chose the view of the breakwater which was very nice. However for the price the rooms are small and overpriced. Smoking is permitted on the premises so we had smokers on either side of us including two ladies who sat outside their room and smoked all day. The service at the restaurant is very slow so be prepared. Overall the only good thing here is the view

The location is convenient, close to the beaches and to downtown by bike or walking. There is plenty of parking space. We stayed in standard king room for 3 nights. It was small and outdated with roof view. Room was expensive and absolutely not worth it. A shower was small, old, had crack in plastic wall and not well fitted door. The room cleaning is once in three days with supply on demand. We asked for the room upgrade with ocean view; the manager told us he has the room; latter we were told that “something happened” so the upgrade never happened…. no further explanation. We are not planning to stay in this hotel in the future.

The property looked excellent; our room was clean, and a free shuttle was given between downtown and the hotel, but it was the room location we were put in that lacked. The woman at the desk put my 77 year old friend and I (aged 79) in a room between two rock concerts, which didn’t get over with until 11:20 pm. This was on a Monday night, not a Friday or Saturday. No notice was given that we would be next to rock concerts. Plus, we had to lift our luggage up stairs to get to our room. Thankfully, a kind man helped us with our luggage. There were other rooms that could have been given, but the girl at the desk made a remark about our booking was through a third party.

Probably the most I’ve ever paid for a complete dump. Dirty. Noisy. Tv didn’t work. Vending machines out of order. Run down. Dirty finger prints on doors. Just a nasty property. The walls were paper thin so we heard everything…and I mean EVERYTHING. It’s by the water and that’s the only thing it had going.

This is my first time staying in the original building. I have typically stayed on the newer attachment. The one in the building was quite outdated. Definitely needs a makeover. None of the outlets worked for me to charge my phone, but it was right on the water so that made it worth it.

Great stay at P'town Inn

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the P'town Inn. Great location for access to the beach and not too far from the main part of Commercial. Staff were super friendly and the coffee is great!

The location is great by beach. There’s a free shuttle to the wharf and sister hotel Harbor Hotel. There’s free piano bar live music and singing on Saturdays. It was a fantastic show. The pool was crowded. The hotel is dated but the bathroom products were very nice, including the lotion. The bed was ok but the pillow could be softer. It’s a quick walk to the Provincetown Causeway to hike on the rocks over to Wood End Lighthouse. You should wear shoes as the sand is very hot on the other side and bring water.

Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the rooms. Pool was relaxing and bartenders were terrific. The walk to town was a little longer than expected, but was a quick Uber or shuttle ride.
