Our overall stay was good. The location is great, it's really in the middle of everything, the access is great, parking lot is close. The area is good, feels very safe. The hotel rooms are on the outdated side. Brown carpet, the overall smell is not great, the room is a little dark. The mattresses didn't seem bad at first, but we woke up with back aches in the morning. It's a good option if you want to stay close to BYU at a decent price, but know the hotel is outdated.

It was a good hotel for the money. I just needed a bed for one night and it did the job. It wasnt the cleanest hotel but I felt safe. Breakfast was adequate. Had cereal, pastry options, and waffles.

This hotel is really a mixed bag. On the one hand, it is clean, the staff is nice, the location is good, and there weren’t a lot of door-slamming Neanderthals making noise all hours of the night. On the other hand, the hotel is VERY dated. Like SERIOUSLY and shagagelically straight out of a 70’s movie. From the hallway carpet to the room interiors, I felt like I was walking onto the set of a “Shaft” movie. It really feels like you’re stepping back into a Time Machine, but not in a totally cool way. I guess if I was passing through Provo again in the future, I wouldn’t be afraid to stay here a second time, but if I had more time for advanced planning, I might try something else.

The advertised photos do NOT match the room we were given. Our room was GROSS! Chunks of dirt in the carpet, furniture damged, furniture stained, curtains were totally ripped, the shower was disgusting and the bed was so uncomfortable. I was extremely disappointed in this stay and with the false advertising.

A well priced hotel on the outskirts of the city. Room was clean and comfortable, with all of the basics needed. There is a pool, hot tub and gym for guests. Staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was basic, but the waffles were good. Free parking is available on site. There are some stores and restaurants nearby and the city is about two miles away, so transport will be needed to get there and back. Overall for the price a good option for passing through Provo.
