The bed was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. The fridge and microwave were a nice addition to have and very clean. The cable option and WiFi was really nice to have as well. Overall a great hotel! Excellent room, property, and staff. I definitely recommend it!!

At 11 am, check out time, I answered the door putting on my shirt and tie and asked for 10 minutes to finish getting dressed. 2 minutes later I answered the door again and asked for 5 minutes. 2 minutes later I answered the door tieing my tie and grabbed my bag walking out I have never felt so threatened by staff anywhere. It wasn't the cleaning staff it was more like a bouncer at a bar. He didn't even respond the 1st time I asked for 10 minutes. Or the 2nd time I asked for enough time to finish dressing Just gave me a look that was totally wrong

At this point, we are trying to stay away from ALL Wyndham properties at all costs. The used to be considered one of the top hotel brands in the industry. Now every property we visit is poorly managed, run down, dirty, some have been unstayable. The overall quality of the properties have declined dramatically in the last 7 to 10 years. Such a shame. We had always had faith in this brand. Now, most are some of the lowest class places to stay in my opinion and we will avoid at all costs if possible. This stay is yet another property to where the furniture inside is extremely old, stained, and torn. We had to have the desk office chair replaced in our room because the fabric was absolutely shredded & filthy. I've seen chairs at dump in better condition than this one and that's putting it mildly. Bathtub looked like it hadn't been scubbed in forever with dirt stains on the sides. Carpet is stained everywhere & has that old greasy feel. We had wear shoes in the room the entire time as even walking around in socks made them filthy in just a couple mins. Furniture bagged up. This seems to be the new norm across every Wyndham chain we've stayed across the western United States. Not sure why this company has went down hill so hard from what it was years ago, but this is the last time we stay at any property under this brand name from now on. Such a sad disspointment.

AWEFUL Place to Stay!

The first night I was put in a room that was not cleaned. Beds were not made, stains on the sheets, and bathroom dirty. When I requested a new room, staff refused. As it was late and no time to find a new hotel we stayed one night. The next day, the toilet broke and maintenance only comes once a week so we couldn't get it fixed. Before I could check out the hotel, staff gave me a new room. The new room was clean which was a blessing. We left for the day and when we came back that night, the heater in the room didn't work. i went to staff to get a room with a working heater but staff refused to change my room since I already changed rooms once before. We froze the whole night. I will NEVER go back to this hotel. I understand older hotels but staff needs to be more considerate of their guests.
