We booked the room through expedia and then they charged us for the room. They are making it difficult to get one of the charges returned. Want us to send a bank statement showing both charges. Which we did, but no refund yet.

We stay every year for education week but this year was abit disappointing. Not as clean, floors not vacuumed in hallways, breakfast never had juice or yogurt or out of fruit. Just not as kept up but staff was super friendly and love the location

Spacious and close to BYU campus

We really enjoyed staying so close to the BYU campus that we could walk every day. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The first day the cook for the breakfast didn't arrive until 8 am which was a bit uncomfortable and we waited for the desk clerk to arrive at her desk for 15 minutes before we were able to check-in. We had quite a battle with the airconditioner which we needed to adjust daily for a consistent temperature. It seems quite old. The rooms could stand to be updated for a more modern look but overall, we would definitely stay there again. We absolutely LOVED the Tandoori restaurant next door which gave us a 15% discount because of our hotel booking.

Hotel was ok. Needs complete updating. Carpet in room badly frayed. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Elevator was extremely slow. Didn’t have breakfast. But, it appeared to be fine. Front desk staff friendly.

Have stayed here several times. Breakfast is always good with choices ranging from cereal and bagels, oatmeal and yogurt, waffles, to protein options like sausage and eggs. My daughter appreciates that they have some type of hashbrown potato. They have a good selection of herbal teas. However, I could not find any hot chocolate. The hot tub was nice and warm.

Check in was smooth and easy and the host was very pleasant... One of our rooms was dirty on arrival and the maid had an attitude about having to do extra cleaning as there was a wet spot in front of the door as you entered the room and the blankets forbthe pull out bed were dirty and stained. Both elevator s stopped working during our overnight stay and we almoat got stuck inside.

Good for the money

Parking was horrible with the actual spaces quite tight. The receptionist was welcoming, polite and friendly. Breakfast was a little bit weak, needs a better selection of food items.
