Checking in wasn’t the easiest. It was a pain to find my reservation. When getting to the room, the sofa bed was so thin and terrible it was comparable to cardboard. I wouldn’t put my own mother in law on it because it was so bad. The floor ended up being more comfy for my kids than the sofa bed. The tub didn’t drain well and the room smelled like wet towels.

Front desk staff were awesome, friendly & knowledgeable! Breakfast worker could've been much nicer when asked for help to refill the milk for us. Convenient to UVU which we appreciated. Parking was a little tight but doable. Thank you!

The blankets were clean but had rips and stains on them. You could tell they knew the rips and stains were there bc they had purposely flipped them over and had them towards the bottom of the bed. I didn't notice until our second night here. Pool and surrounding area was in desperate need of pressure washing. We didn't use the shower or tub but it was dirty when we arrived. Wallpaper was peeling in places as well. Charging more than $50 a night for this place was crazy and the audacity to charge nightly pet fees was even more wild given the condition of the property. When I went to return my keys, the lady behind the desk was more interested in answering her personal phone than finishing up with me, so much so that she trailed off mid-sentence "Have a good....". Also, breakfast wasn't super empressive. They had kids trix yogurt, some eggs and overcooked sausages. It was the same thing every day. Wouldn't book here again.

We had a nice stay. The room was updated and clean. Breakfast buffet was a typical one but I enjoyed oatmeal, waffles, and a banana. I went down to four stars for the overall property because pool and hot tub really need a new plaster job. I would stay there again
