Reduced to Destitution

This place is awful. I made a mistake and booked the wrong night, I immediately cought the mistake and sent a message to the hotel directly requesting a refund for the incorrect night booked so I could book the correct date. They responded that they would not I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn EVER again.

Honestly, the only reason I chose this motel was because it was close and I was in a hurry. When I first arrived, the front desk attendant seemed to be in a mood, and I felt rushed to get my card figured out (for whatever reason, it wouldn't charge the deposit even though there were no issues with the card otherwise)... Room was meh, there needs to be a little deeper cleaning.... And the bathroom light didn't work, so I had to shower with the door open for light.

The room was ok, but sofa bed was like sleeping on the floor, the other beds were good. The pool and spa and work out room aren’t in working order and no continental breakfast, it’s just oatmeal and coffee so all amenities were lacking, but room was ok

Blood on pillow

I’m not a complainer. I know it’s a cheaper hotel, but when I got to my room and started to get comfortable I found blood on the pillow case. The staff gave me a new pillow case and that’s as far as the customer service went.

I chose this property because it said it had a continental breakfast. The only thing (and we asked) it had was coffee and oatmeal. Had I known this before hand, I would have chosen another hotel because I had to spend additional money to go for breakfast.

The entire facility is worn out needs a proper remodel. My bed frame was held together with duct tape. Bathroom floor was buckled from old water damage. Shower never got hot.
