Room smelled like smoke. No towel or bed service. We called the desk to ask for clean towels, and they told us we had to carry our wet, dirty towels down to the lobby to exchange for new ones. Breakfast was okay but no protein options.

Convenient location for visiting Provo and just one highway exit from lots of shopping and dining options at Spanish Fork. We're on 2nd floor and there's laundry facilities right on the 2nd floor. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but has waffle and no yogurt.
