We booked this particular hotel because it had a hot tub. When we arrived, we were informed the hot tub was closed for the season. We were in town for a football game. Coming back after the football game, the lobby was closed and we had to walk around the outside of the building to get in through a different door. The carpets in the room looked as if they had not been vacuumed for a long time.

The room was clean and the area was nice around it as far as accessibility to restaurants, gas and stores. The front desk person was "meh". He didnt greet me or give any info about the property. I had to ask for a second room key. The breakfast area had plenty of seating but the offerings were fair. Luckily there were waffles.

This property has been gutted back to studs and refurbished. It looks brand new and is very comfortable.
