Very convenient to the airport. Room was nice but I didn’t like that the sink didn’t have a door - it was separate from the toilet:shower area and without a door. Parking was good. Quick checkin. Definitely a 3 star hotel tho. They REALLY need to clean or replace the carpet I. The hallway of the 3rd floor. It looks like something is spilled along the whole thing. Room was nice and clean though.

There was construction around the place and not a lot of parking on the property, but there was parking not too far away

First of all, it needs a serious upgrade. Carpet is old and dingy and has stains in it. Rooms can be cleaner. There was black on the wall in the bathroom shower. There was a cob web along the vanity by the sink. The shower was weak. I like more water pressure. As far as the breakfast goes, I would go somewhere else for breakfast. The pool area is outdated. It looks like they are fixing the skylights above the hot tub. Also, the hot tub was not hot. If you don't care about that stuff it is fine. But I would have stayed somewhere else.

The building was clean, my family and I felt very comfortable and safe. The staff was awesome! I do have to say, the building is a little old so the windows are very thin. We could hear the outside cars driving down the street. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

The location of the property was convenient to the airport and close the BYU. The pool area needs some repairs as part of the ceiling and wall sheetrock was peeling back. The bed was comfortable in the room. The bathroom area is small and needs some repairs and updating. The carpet was peeling back from the wall under the sink area. They were able to check us in one hour early as we arrived at the property ahead of schedule which was nice after a long drive. The receptionist in the afternoon was very friendly and welcoming. Overall the stay was ok and was a convenient location for a 7 am flight the next morning from the Provo airport.

Probably won’t stay here again
Not so good. They charge $20 a night for a pet when right across the parking lot the Hampton has no pet fee. Super small room & super small bathroom. Our bathroom smelled so strongly of bleach we had the leave the exhaust fan on all night & keep bathroom door shut.
