Did not honor the reservation, king bed. Had room with two beds. Hotel stated expedia does this all the time, "they'll book anything." This was stated by the hotel clerk as they stated no other rooms available with no more than only a dozen cars in the parking lot and parking lot only a third occupied. Room was clean. Just please honor the reservation and confirmation email.

Room need a lot of work and deep cleaning. Ceiling in the bathroom needed a good bleach, baseboards in the whole room were dirty and filled with dust. The blinds did not work and were trashed. The heater had water damage around the wall and the room smelled like mold. Staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel rooms need a lot of tlc and deep cleaning.

The first room we stayed in, the AC didn’t work well and when it was on it made a horrendous noise every time it started and then would squeak the entire time. Couldn’t sleep at all. Then the second room they moved us into smelt terrible. Like a dog had peed and pooped in the room and there was still dog kibble on our floor from previous people. The faucet was barely hanging on the tub. The hotel pool was also dangerously high with chemicals. I would choose a different hotel for sure next time.

She goes above and beyond and actually cares about what goes on in people's lives. Such a sweet girl and willing to help immediately. Had a good overall stay. The kids loved the pool and continental breakfast. The room was a little tough because the faucet for the bathroom sink was placed in a weird spot on the sink (top left corner of a square sink, almost coming down the left side of the sink). It was also loose and wouldn't stay in place. If someone wasn't paying attention the faucet would just poor all over the counter because it doesn't point over the sink or I couldn't even fit my hands under the faucet to wash them off because the edge of the sink wouldn't have enough space. Also we went to look out the window behind the blinds only to find the window was covered by a giant sign so there was no view. We weren't really there to get a view so that wasn't a big deal to us but something to note, someone else may be more disappointed when they see that. Other than those two things everything was great.

The staff support was the best part of our stay. Nevertheless, this hotel just does not meet the normal standards of a Hampton. The thermostat for the heating system either froze us or got so hot that I would have to get up and turn it off in the night. We were only given two towels, which made us dry with wet ones the next morning. The electrical outlets were so loose that our phone chargers kept falling out. The chair at the desk would not elevate, making it useless. Our mattress was so hard and uncomfortable (not a pillow-top). I probably will not book there again.
