First of all we were greeted by a women who was not dressed professional at all. After being on the road for most of the day, we couldn’t wait to get into a nice warm hot tub. Well, it did not work, she had no idea what the problem was and there were really no options. The next day the asst. manager said sorry, but if you’re not a member, I can not give you any points toward something else. So…that’s where it is. The only remaining room was the handicap one with a king bed. It was fine, clean etc. Nothing special about the visit. Except things don’t work as advertised. So - probably will not visit a Hampton Inn again.

Undergoing renovation. Does not say so on the website. No lobby, dining room is small. The room door latch did not lock. There was no hot water on the first evening. Had to enter the hotel from the side doors. Definitely less accommodating than other hotels of the same chain. Hopefully when they finish their upgrade, things will be better.

Other than the inconvenience of the renovations they are doing, it was a very nice stay. The room was emasculate, the staff incredibly friendly and they did accommodate us in every way. I would suggest this hotel to everyone I know in a heart beat. I will be interested to see the hotel again maybe after their renovations.

Pool access was blocked due to remodeling. Wasn't allowed to use the laundry. Carpet seemed to be vacuumed but edges weren't . First room had no hot water coming out of the shower and the drain would not drain. I was switched to a different room which was better, however the overall experience wasn't the best. Also my hotel keys quit working every day, so I had to constantly get them fixed.

We were not advised that the hotel was under construction. When we checked into the room, a worker came in our room and continued to do construction in the room. I tried to use the bathroom down the hall and the electricity was out and the toilet wouldn't flush. When I informed the employee that there was a worker in our room, her response was "oh."

They were in the middle of renovation when we arrived, so no elevator! Minor inconvenience for us, but felt bad for others. They did offer refunds, but no discounts! Room was nice, clean(on the 3rd floor). Bed & pillows were comfy. Only complaints, minor, toilet ran unless handle jiggled & you could hear shower in adjacent room. Breakfast was great, staff super nice considering the circumstances. Would stay again!

I stay here every time I come to Utah, I love this hotel! It’s even better with the renovations, the room was really nice. I love the breakfast, the pool/hot tub is nice, good cleaning service, quiet at night. The area has many restaurants nearby and Target a 5-minute walk. Free city bus service right outside the hotel. I’ve never even shopped around, I just book here :)
