Everything went well with the check-in, but in the morning the air conditioner suddenly failed and the whole room looked like the liveliest construction site, I was jolted out of my sleep and had a hard time understanding why a Holiday Inn would have a faulty air conditioner.

Great hotel for families! Not sound proof at all…

It was great! The only thing that you probably want to be aware of is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear babies cry and families laughing/yelling often.

Good rooms, amenities, and excellent complimentary breakfast choices. They even have a mini store with travel essentials if you need one. Lot of restaurants and a Bank of America ATM are within walking distance. Within a couple of miles' radius, there are several shopping centers and high-end eateries. The staff is helpful, and the room service cleans the room regularly. There is also a gym and a swimming pool. The only drawback is that they do not provide complimentary water in the room. You have to either buy it from the mini store or fill out from the water fountain on the 1st floor.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel stay with a good hotel breakfast that actually included delicious bacon. We do like to stay in convenient locations to the highway we are traveling on, however, we need to remember that this sometimes leads to highway noise and there was a little highway noise that required earplugs for me. I should have requested the other side of the building which would have made it a perfect stay.

Best breakfast ever!! Easy access by the freeway, but you don’t hear the freeway. Everyone was very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. I’d stay here again.

Our recent stay of 4 days was excellent. The hotel was spotless. The pool and hot tub area was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. 3 of the 4 days, the manager came to the breakfast room, introduced himself and asked about our stays. The most impressive thing to us though was the well thought out room we stayed in for people needing special accommodations. The bathroom door had a sliding door, the shower was wheelchair accessible and had a shower seat. There were 2 sets of towel racks, one at the normal height, one lower so that it was reachable. The microwave was easily reachable. The door had 2 peepholes. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
