Beautiful property. Very clean. Check-in was quick & easy. I was disappointed with the breakfast. There should have been more gluten-free options, and some of the food didn't seem very fresh.

Bathroom had debris and hair in bath and in floor, the furnishings were worn/torn/broken. Staff was unavailable for checkin for over 10 minutes(I left the lobby and went back to my car after waiting several minutes) when she was behind the desk for check in, she and and a young man were on their phones. I was not impressed with this property.

This was just an ok stay. The high rating must have been for other rooms. The headboard of the bed was made of vinyl and was rubbed off. It was hidden by the pillows. So when pulled down kind of grossed me out. Also if you tell them the room number and name they let anyone charge to your room. No bueño.

Property is in poor shape. Nightly rate is way too high for this worn hotel room. Headboard was completely worn away where peoples heads go. Walls and doors were scuffed up and dirty. Need repainting. Air conditioner made loud noises all night. Breakfast was just ok. Hot tub was out of order. The only good thing was the staff. They were friendly and apologetic.
