Breakfast was not early enough! We paid and barely got to grab anything! Disappointing the pool was closed. Coming in the back entrance was difficult with all our luggage. I can’t believe they would charge for parking when you are already a guest!!

The staff was welcoming and informative. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious could have been a little warmer, but it was still good. The hotel itself was in a good location in Provo. Highly recommend Pinguino's gelato and Hruska's.

Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We loved the ease of parking and location of hotel as we left the car and walked everywhere easily. The outdoor jacuzzi is also a plus. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again.
