Hi! While we loved the staff here, the outdated facilities and the upkeep of them were just not good. We would only ever return as a last resort but with the water pressure being so low, the sink smelling and the elevator sounding like it would break, we will not be returning!

Staff was not engaging or friendly. They were literally there, present to swipe card and take returned keys. Beds were noisy and not over comfortable. The hotel is aged and needs a facelift beyond the lobby and exterior. The room and bathroom were very clean- and I am particular! The elevator could not be any slower. Otherwise decent one night stay.

Outside cigarette dispenser was full and never emptied during our 5 night stay. Staff was very nice and a problem of a very noisy stay from alot of boys staying for a soccer tournament was taken care of. They had been up making noise til after 11 pm. They were very excited. The grounds in the dog area had beer cans out there. I think maybe the staff might be a little light to take care of everything. The rooms were very nice and clean and that staff was very friendly too.

Pro’s - convenient to highway without road noise. Con - (on Expedia) Staff tried to be helpful BUT due to my error we arri a day earlier than our reservation. Expedia couldn’t/wouldn’t refund the error so paid twice for one night. Building transferred noise real well. We were on second floor and the family on the third floor with two children was giving dance lesson so it was noisy. Beware of what floor you ar on if you stay here.

Kids running up and down the halls. Was so loud in the lobby I couldn’t hear the very clerk. Floor squeaked when I walked on the side were I slept. Poor lighting in the sink area. Door to the toliet / shower room wouldn’t stay open. I had to prop it open with the trash can. The breakfast offerings were slim. I wouldn’t stay here again

Comfortable and convenient
We are very happy with our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites. Our room was spacious and I liked the arrangement with the sink that, although it didn't have a door, was private from the room and with a door to the toilet and tub next to it. It had a small refrigerator, which is always welcome, a nice TV, an upholstered chair and a desk and chair. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the heater/air conditioner was easy to regulate and quiet. It was in a very convenient location, close to the freeway, but not too close.
