For the most part, the hotel was clean and in good condition. There was a long, black hair in the bed…hopefully the housekeeping lady’s. The pillows were absolutely terrible, though. They were a square shaped mass of what felt like balled-up fabric in a pillowcase, and were hard and uncomfortable!

Booked two queens and got one queen! Room was spacious. Our bathroom had strong scent to it. Didn’t think about it until going to the bathroom and stepped on a piece of glass. Perfume bottle from last guest in the doorway cracks& tub. Had to use wet towel to clean up the glass that was everywhere. Got in shower and the shower head wouldn’t stay up on pole that was broken and below my head to shower. Crazy! Came down to first floor for ice from second floor and decided to nicely inform front desk about my mishaps. Didn’t seemed to care and hoped my day will get better!!

We liked every aspect of this property from the easy access and check-in to the room cleanliness and layout. The room was very functional with plenty of flat spaces for setting down suitcases and other items. We only had a one night stay as we were traveling on the road. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price and value you get. We will definitely consider this hotel and location for future travel.

The hotel was better than I had expected. There were 3 things that happened that I could have done without. 1. Shortly after checking in I was undressed in the room and housekeeping opened the door and startled me while I was napping. 2. I could have really done without the fire alarm going off early in the morning. That thing is pretty loud and there was not even a fire. 3. I went to the pool and wanted to take a swim. The water was so utterly cold that I pretty much think that I am now sterile and unable to use "the boys" any longer. There is absolutely no reason for the water to be that cold. It should be about 78-80 degrees. Turn on the heater would ya? It's an indoor pool. It will never warm up on its own. Come on!

I booked this airport without looking at any reviews or anything, so I was nervous at first since I didn't know what to expect. Check-in was RIDICULOUSLY easy and I love that you can pre-check-in online to make it faster. We had a room with two queens and it was nice! The beds were clean and comfy, and while the room was a teeny bit smaller than expected, there was still plenty of room for the three of us. I do wish there were bigger pillows as they only had smaller ones (but they give you 5 of them). The AC worked amazingly and everything was nice and quiet. Good water pressure in the showers, and I really appreciated the makeup wipes/desginated towel; I always feel terrible about using those crisp white towels on black eyeliner. Call for more towels if there's more than 2 of you. Breakfast was just a regular, low-effort breakfast. There were waffle stations, cereal, toast, and a few other options. Very convenient and while simple, tasty enough. All in all, I would stay again! Out of 10, I would give this a 9.2/10. Great staff, great room, and easy location.
