The carpets in the halls were stained and the property smelled. There were piles of electronics in the parking lot. There were various items stored around the property instead of in proper storage spaces. My room had a musty possibly animal urine smell. There were two brown patches of messyness on my carpet. I am afraid it may have been fecal matter. There was also broken glass indicating that my room was not properly cleaned. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would have someone come in and clean. The beds were made up that day but the spots were still on the carpet. The room was only made up one day in the 4 nights that we stayed at the property.

Older hotel.

Our room smelled as if a smoker had been staying there for a month or better. I went out and bought a plug in air freshener. Continental breakfast was good. The gentleman was doing an incredible job keeping everything stocked and neat.

Everything was good until realizing the plumbing was less than desirable. Toilet flushed slowly and had to be flushed more than once. Sink drained slowly after hand washing and teeth brushing. And the shower....forget about it. Other than that, it was a nice overall stay. Bed was comfy. A/c worked. It was quiet and felt safe. Parking lot was well lit. It's in an area where there are shops and dining.

Room smelled like dogs. Air freshner did not help. Room exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Beds were comfortable. Definitley an older hotel, no elevator.

Staff consistently seemed disinterested in providing service. When checking in, the system was down, which should not happen in any case. The desk clerk did not inform me as to what was happening nor what was being done. Eventually they allowed manual check-in and I finally got my room. The room has significant water and is need of a refresh, especially paint. Breakfast offerings were typical but they were out of several items and there didn't seem to be anyone paying attention to it. There's severe damage to moulding in the room which I was amazed had been allowed to get to that state. In our entire 4 night stay, we received no housekeeping visit at all. No one entered the room to even empty trash. There were ants in the bathroom, probably the result of food deposits being left in rooms for long periods of time. On the plus side, the cost was reasonable and location convenient to restaurants and shopping and the environment seemed safe. The furnishings were comfortable. I would probably pay a little more and stay in a better maintained and staffed property.

This property in general looks old, with bad smelling in all areas. Carpets are soiled, it was not a pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend.
