THe room was clean, and the staff were cordial and prompt. Bedding was clean, bed was good, and for the price, it was a fair deal. It is what it claims to be... a moderately priced motel with the predictable amenities for the price

I have enjoyed many stays at this Sleep Inn over the past several years but this last stay was incredibly awful! I had just unpacked and before heading to a family event used the sink and discovered after running the water for 15 minutes there was “NO” hot water! I called the front desk and was told there had been a problem getting hot water to rooms at the far end of the building and there would be no hot water until they could figure it out… I asked him if he had know there would be no hot water in my room when he gave me the keys and he said “yes”. I asked him if management made him assign rooms they knew there would be no hot water in and he said “yes” without looking at me. If I hadn’t discovered the problem until the next morning when I tried to shave and shower it would have ruined my schedule. He reassigned me a new room and I had hot water. So, beware and check your hot water here before you unpack! However the WORST part of my stay began when I was jolted awake at 1:00 AM by the slamming of doors, music and worst of all graphic sex that went on until after 3:00 AM! I’ve never heard anything like it! It was pleasure and pain and went on and on and on! Maybe it’s a case of you get what you pay for… I’ve enjoyed many stays at this lodging but I think I’ll spend a bit more at a different place and see if I get a better experience. Maybe they should change the name to “Awake Inn”…

Tv was falling off the stand so we reported it the the front desk. They said we would make a note of it. Nothing happened on our stay at that time. Came again to the same Hotel and room and found the same problem 2 months later. Informed the front office and again and they said they would make a note of it. And on our second stay no hot water for 2 out of 3 days. Front deck said they would make a note of it and offered no compensation or solution. they would make a note of it

The cleaning smell was too strong. The elevator’s open/close buttons were not working, which made me feel uneasy, so during the second half of our stay I used the stairs to the third floor. One of the TV channels also had no sound. The staff was friendly, but due to the lack of proper facility maintenance and safety, this will be my first and last time staying here.
