This hotel was horrible. Mold on the ceilings, strong smoke smell in a “non-smoking” hotel, and other terrible odors made the stay unbearable. I even woke up with a rash, and I don’t have sensitive skin. Unsafe, disgusting, and completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

We were pleased with our stay at Sleep Inn Provo. We have stayed several times there. The beds are good and so are the pillows. It is clean and the heating/air conditioning works well. We prefer the sink to be with the toilet and shower, but it was okay as it was. Everything worked well.

Front desk manager was rude. My reservations were pet friendly rooms, however, when we checked in the manager said that they were not pet friendly rooms. Then we had to pay more money to have pets. These pet fee’s were not in our Hotel.com reservations but the hotel made us pay more.
