Hotel room did not smell good at all and they were not able to accommodate anything. Got a non smoking room could smell smoke and other things in the room. TV was not working well etc. will never return.

Clean rooms. Glad they were literally 100% smoke free. However my complaint would have to be that various times throughout the night i heard doors slam. In the early morning the house cleaning ladies were very loudly talking and yelling words out to each other across the hall and well the rooms are definitely not as sound proof as other hotels I have stayed at.

The staff was nice and helpful. The magnetic key cards had to be reset 3 times. Good pool and hot tub, clean and warm. The building in general smelled like smoking and I saw several customers smoking around the hotel. Parking lot was standard for a hotel.

It took me 3 time back to the front desk to get my keys to work. Then the remote wouldn’t work, then the phone wasn’t even connected to call the front desk~ so another trip down to the front desk. There were 3 others there to check in and no one around at the front desk~ it was at least 45 mins before I gave up! What a way to run a hotel!
