We checked in unpacked, showered and went to go to bed but the blinds were broken. Called downstairs- they acknowledged that they knew they were broken and thought they were fixed. Asked if we wanted a sheet or to move rooms- since it is brightly lit up outside due to car dealership next doors we packed up and moved downstairs. They were quick to help rectify the situation and were kind and helpful.

Queen size beds are not actually Queen, maybe more like a full. Rooms are small with very little walking room. All the games that are available to use/ enjoy are missing pieces or broken. The cue sticks for the pool table don't have the tip piece to be able to play/ enjoy. First time staying at a Tru by Hilton, will be the last.

The seal at the bottom of the shower door was literally lime green, it had been that long since anyone cleaned it, if ever. There was gum or something smeared on the bathroom wall. The floor was sticky and so dirty that everything was getting tracked into the beds. Ironically the beds looked nice and clean, until everything from the floor ended up there. The positive notes were that the front desk staff was friendly, and my daughter liked the breakfast.

I liked that I had a walk in shower, that the floors were not rugs but solid wood like flooring which is MUCH CLEANER. Staff was very helpful when I left my cane in my room after checking out. They went up to retrieve it for me. VERY HELPFUL!!!! Love the new Hilton Concept!

Accessible to the interstate, good shopping and several restaurants fairly close, clean. Breakfast buffet was okay compared to comparable hotels. Housekeeping did not clean the room according to their schedule.

Good experience

Hotel staff was great and accommodating. Super friendly staff and you could see how hard they work daily. Complimentary breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Only negative would be the slow draining sink in our room. Other than that would definitely stay there again. Great location next to the highway.
