Overall it's a nice hotel very friendly staff. But the only reason I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub because traveling with kids. The hot tub doesn't work and the pool is ice cold. Kind of a bummer when you have kids and they cannot even swim while on vacation.

You can tell that Tru is Hilton's bottom of the barrel offering. Everything was cheap and shoddily put together. The bathroom was filthy. Despite having paid upfront for 6 nights, I checked out.

Very nice place to stay in Lehi. Every Tru by Hilton have been very similar and that make it very convenient. As you k ow where everything is located. Very clean and accommodating.
