Carpet tiles in room were peeling off the floor in our room and presented a hazard. A/C unit had jagged metal peeling from the bottom. Also a hazard. No shampoo (empty). We were in town for my mother-In-law’s funeral and just did not have time to address any of this. It was not a good experience.

Hampton Inn is my go-to when traveling as they have always been consistent, regardless of location. Sadly, this one in Pryor OK is a little disappointing as maintenance is lacking.

This hotel has bedbugs and other insects in at least three of its rooms. Further, they will not refund a non-refundable room, and even claim no complaint was filed for bedbugs despite having an in-person conversation regarding your early departure. Buyer beware.

Wonderful staff at the front desk. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Also surprisingly quiet, despite it being next to a busy highway! I had no problem sleeping. Good breakfast too!

I was easy to access. Room was nice, but smelled a bit musty. Bed was clean and comfy. Our shower leaked bad, but that was our only issue. Nice breakfast. Booked to stay for the following weekend!!
