This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.

What a great hotel - clean, super nice staff with extreme high attention to detail (ALL of them). The rooms facing the street are extremely silent and the hotel is on top very environmental focussed (cleaning, water consumption, organic duvets etc). I can warmly recommend.

The experience was disappointing overall, with the exception of Adam at the front desk, who was professional and helpful. I booked a suite, which had two A/C units. Unfortunately, neither functioned properly. One unit was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest, while the other blew warm air instead of cooling the room. What concerned me most was not the malfunction itself, but how it was initially handled. When I reported the issue, I was advised to open the balcony door and was offered a fan instead of an effective solution. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told the manager was on vacation, that they did not know when the manager would return, and that there was no one else available for me to speak with. The issue was ultimately addressed the following day with a room change, but only after a disrupted first night and the inconvenience of packing and relocating during my stay. I expected a much better level of service and problem resolution from a hotel offering suites at this price point.

The location was exceptional. It’s close to the train station, local shops and restaurants, and museums. Loved the room - it was very artistic and charming. Next trip to Europe we plan to stay there again.
