The linen was dirty. Seemed like it was not changed from previous guest. I reported it. They apologized and the day after they sent a fruit basket as a recovery service. After that, there were no more complains. The staff is amazing and super nice and professional.

Replace old stuff

Need to replace carpets on the hallways, big old stains. Furniture in the rooms old and run down. Shower in the room, water gets out on the floor, very dangerous

Hotel antiguo pero cuartos amplios, buen servicio de valet parking, wi-fi, aire acondicionado y espacio amplio para guardar ropa. En general todo bien, así que me parece buena opción, solo considerar decoración antigua. Para mejorar es que había pocas amenities y habían dejado pocas toallas (solo una toalla grande, cuando éramos 2 personas). Tuvimos que pedir que nos llevaran más, lo cual se tardaron y solo hicieron después de llamarles 3 veces.. En la mañana al comenzar a limpiar las habitaciones el ruido se escuchó adentro y hasta nos despertó. Sobre la limpieza, la alberca estaba sucia.
