Absolutely the best! It was close to walmart and the bus terminal, that was a big plus for us. And just a smalll commute to the centro of Puebla (taxi ride $82 mexican pesos Uber ride) And i can't forget to mention that we got upgraded at no charge. Excellent customer service!

The room is a good size and clean. The fitness center is well equipped. Breakfast is excellent with regional cuisine and many options. Staff is courteous and helpful. There is plenty of parking in a private lot across the street. It was a better experience than I expected.

No upgrade until I went to my first room and it smelled like a sewer sorry to be honest with you and I went downstairs and had to fight for a different room and finally, I did get a better room, but I was never offering an upgrade. I did ask for an upgrade and was denied no other discounts offered.
