Lots of funky old world charm. Christina was always helpful, enthusiastic, friendly. My room, Lavadera, was attractive, comfortable but smelled musty.

It is a beautiful property with very nice furnishings and it was frustrating to be somewhat disappointed by the stay. Almost like sleeping in a museum. However, there were some issues: 1. Hot water was completely unreliable. 2. The bottled water tasted horrible. 3. The bedding linen and blankets were of low quality and should be replaced with a proper duvet style and cotton sheets. 4. The breakfast food was mediocre. 5. The room (La Tina) was quite loud in the mornings, with the bed vibrating from passing buses on the street. They should put the bed on a rubber mat or use rubber feet to minimise this. The bed was quite rattly overall too. With some small changes, the property could be improved significantly.

Nice boutique B&B. The mattress is bit too hard, and the breakfast option is very limited. The gate is locked during the night. So better figure out how to get out if you are an early bird. But other than that, nothing to complain.

Good location, not professional management.
The hotel is very well located close to the historic center. Almost all rooms are located around the restaurant so the place becomes very noisy (specially Lavadero room) starting at 7am and finishing quite late. We were unlucky as we were moved to a different room because of noise and we were placed side by side with a Salon where there was a party going on until 1 am. Although the staff was nice and helpful we were unable to truly enjoy the stay and get some rest On a side note, once you arrive you give the car keys and the staff is in charge to park your car on a parking out of the hotel premises. However one night, the staff left our rented car parked on the street instead of the parking and the car plates dissappeared. Whether they were removed because of a parking violation or vandalism is still unclear but the hotel should be held responsible either way. Once the bill from the rental car company arrives I will try to sort it out. I wish I could give a better rating as the staff was very friendly, but the hotel is not run in a very professional way.

Es un lugar excepcional por la riqueza histórica tanto del recinto como de sus contenidos. Altamente recomendable la experiencia de vivir el pasado. Además, el personal es muy cálido y profesional. Hacen que la estancia sea muy placentera en un lugar que más que hotel es un túnel al pasado.

Agradable, cercano al centro, delicioso desayuno.
El trato del persona es sumamente cordial y atento de todas las necesidades. Hay estacionamiento lo cual es una gran ventaja en una zona complicada de aparcar los autos. El desayuno es exquisito y hay una gran variedad de productos a escoger. La ambientación es preciosa y delicada. Las habitaciones pintorescas y atractivas. Sumamente recomendable.

Très bel hotel, très bon rapport qualité prix
Hôtel magnifique et belle chambre. Salle de bain magnifique (nous étions dans la chambre Balcon) le tout à deux pas du centre historique et du quartier Los Sapos. En revanche la literie était horrible sauf si on aime dormir si un lit rigide. Le petit dej était censé être inclue dans la réservation mais l'hotel ne semblait pas au courant alors nous avons dû la payer. le balcon donne sur une mini cours intérieur, aucun intérêt donc.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit schönem großen Zimmer, leckeren Frühstück, Zuvorkommendes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Netflix für Regentage vorhanden. Leider ist das Bett extrem hart.

Es un hotel boutique muy agradable. La decoración me gustó mucho. El personal a cargo es muy atento y amable. Hacía un poco de frío y nos proporcionaron 2 calefactores para calentar la habitación. El hotel está bien ubicado, a unas 4 cuadras de la plaza principal en el Centro de la ciudad. No incluye el desayuno, pero tienen servicio de restaurante y la comida es buena en general. Si volvería a hospedarme en este Hotel.

Great location for this boutique hotel
Nice and cozy boutique hotel. Located within walking distance of Callejón del Sapo, The Cathedral and major museums and historic sites. Staff is fantastic and breakfast a pleasant surprise! There is a small and very original bar to secure a good cocktail before going to sleep!
