Actualmente se encuentra en reparaciones por lo cual hay mucho ruido, sin embargo espero visitarlos nuevamente cuando se encuentre renovado. Sugiero realizar una fumigación ya que en las habitaciones encontramos cucarachas y arañas en multiples ocasiones. Gracias.

La persona que recibe los vehículos es muy grosero, no me dejó meter hasta que fui a registrarme aún cuando le mostré mi reservación, la persona de la recepción un poco grosero, no tienen un refrigerador para guardar medicamentosos y la chapa de la puerta de la habitación se atoraba para sacar la llave.

Solo como observación las personas que tienen una llave maestra, deben tocar la puerta antes de entrar , toquen para ver si esta el huésped o no. Eso de que porque tengo una llave maestra puedo abrir sin tocar , esta mal. No se puede invadir la privacidad de un huésped. Solo informen a su equipo que tiene llave maestra que toquen la puerta antes abrir y entrar para no invadir privacidad .

Falta mejorar confort pues es muy molesto sentir una luz blanca directo a la cara q la hora de dormir y que viene de los pasillos, asimismo te despiertas con sonidos de martillazos si quieres tranquilidad y confort no es de lo mejor
