This was the 4th time I stayed here, and the last time (on 3rd time) i had issues with the shower, but I thought it would be better next time, but I believe it is time for me to see other options. This time I not only I had a bad experience with the shower, but the pillows were horrible as well. I asked to change them, but they never did. I can see the employees were tired or they just don't like their jobs. Very unfriendly people. The Hotel is located in a very nice place but I will not be staying here again.

The place its really nice and comfortable, walking distance to whatever you want to go, the restaurants are exactly outsude the hotel, I preferred the restaurant called Sagrata, the food was amazing and the service was excellent.

While the hotel was nice and clean, the water pressure was weak and unreliable. Not to mention the weak wifi that was only strong in the main floor, but becoming weak once you get to your room.

It was a nice clean place to stay. The hotel is very pretty yet they keep the hotel lights off in common areas not showing off the beautiful murals...it's like a sleepy hotel in a very vibrant town. They only gave us 2 very worn towels. The 2nd night gave us 4. The area was walkable distance to lots of local life. So much to explore....my favorite was the market. Great food, delicious - in there at VERY good prices.

Took time to get someone in the front desk. No rooms are accessible and the stairs handle to the first floor was not easy to grab. No air dryer in the room

This hotel stay was comfortable with responsive staff. The water pressure was good but the water was mild – not ideal for a winter visit but comfortable and safe. We explored nearby attractions and spent quiet mornings at the near by restaurants and zocalo. The staff was responsive and friendly! The only thing missing was information on the mural and beautiful art throughout the hotel.

The front desk clerk was super sweet! Upon checkout we were able to leave our luggage so we can enjoy our last day in town. The hotel is literally in the center!!!! Loved it! Loved the location!
