Staying at this location was the best choice, staff is extremally helpful, the place is clean, the included breakfast was delicious, if you need anything Walmart is at a walking distance, anything you need is near by. The room had a very nice TV. I would for sure go back again to this Hotel ! A !

Una buena estadía
La recepción es muy amable, te ofrecen servicio de desayuno con tu estadía por el valor de 100 pesos, que equivale a un desayuno tipo americano, no está mal pero si algo limitado, ko probé el resto del menú, pero sirve y es bueno, además de que te atienden muy bien, eso si es un poco pequeño el hotel como el restaurante, pero las habitaciones son amplias, caben 4 personas, eso si se escuchan las habitaciones de alrededor, pero nada que sea muy molesto

Property is nice good value little older, but perfect for the price point. Breakfast is a little confusing. They do give you breakfast but it’s not the whole Buffay and there’s a nice pool a hot tub and your century link located to the local area easy walking or Uber or cabs anywhere

El bellboy mandó a mi padre de 82 años a estacionar el coche cuando apenas estábamos haciendo el check in para que no estorbara y en el estacionamiento no lo dejaron entrar porque no tenía habitación asignada. No nos dieron habitaciones juntas como lo solicité semanas antes a pesar de reservar y pagar con mucha anticipación ( mis padres tienen más de 80 años y no pude estar cerca para ayudarlos). La comunicación entre habitaciones deshabilitada. Alberca fría. Cuartos sin suficientes toallas. Personal de restaurante muy desatento. 40 minutos para que me subieran toallas al jacuzzi. Solicité hablar con gerente y nunca pude hacerlo porque no estaba y nunca me llamó cuando regresó.

Trate de reservar por teléfono pero la que atendió fue muy grosera. Al final reserve por línea.. el cuarto estuvo bien solo no hubo toallas chicas y a cortina de el baño no estaba bien puesta el agua se tiro mucho de la bañera. Lo demás . Reserve 2 cuartos con cama doble éramos 5 aun así me cobraron extra por la 5 persona no se me hizo justo
