It was a one night stay, very convenient hotel. If you want to take a bus from Mexico City airport to Paseo destino bus terminal and stay at this hotel short taxi drive to hotel which is what I did. Close to shopping and other nice attractions in Puebla.

I expected better service. We arrived early and was told to return at 3pm (check in time). Returned 2:45pm and asked to start check in process so at 3pm it was done, but surprisingly was told no room available yet until 3pm. Unbelievable for me since check out was at 12pm. The bathrooms were a big issue during our stay. The shower went out two days in a row at the same time, which is why we requested a room change and the staff was hesitant. They didn’t accept my request until after I told them that I would speak with their supervisor. The second day, the maintenance person stated that they had shut off the water for the entire hotel and that it would be shut down for 2-4 hours! He also stated that he didn’t know why the receptionist had not notified us. They have terrible communication now. When my partner and I went down to get the new room key, the receptionist and her colleagues gave us a look as if they had been “inconvenienced” for my request, very unprofessional attitude. I am a paying customer; therefore, accommodations to make my stay as comfortable as they can should be a priority but it was not the case. I have been a loyal returning customer because I had never had so many issues and dealt with disrespectful staff during my stay. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
