We didn't stay for breakfast, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient, clean and in a good neighborhood. It is a walk to the historic center, but, if you don't want to walk, there are lots of transportation options.

The room was very comfortable, the hotel is well located and within walking distance of Puebla's Historic Center. There are several breakfast options. Highly recommended.

Pueden tener más variedad en el Buffet de desayuno que incluye al reservar la habitación (nos hemos quedado en varias ocasiones y era mejor y más variedad ) y el Personal del buffet lo poco que atendía era de mala cara y casi no ofrecía café ni estaba al pendiente.

Great location, great price, good breakfast included. Staff was Friendly and helpful. The roof needs some work. We had a leak in our room after q heavy rain. Also the bathroom extractor wasn’t working.
