Really not clean. Only one towel for two people. Towels and bedding are i think even hardly washed. Smelly bathroom. I asked for a tissue and they said go buy from pharmacy. The staff was nice, it wasn’t her fault obviously.

I liked the proximity to the zócalo. Everything was within walking distance. The room that I stayed in was kinda strange and unwelcoming. The cleaning staff was terrific! So was the wait staff at the cafe.

Everything was great and very clean with excellent customer service. There were a few minor issues with the room such as poor air conditioning and some toilet problems, but overall the service and treatment were outstanding.

Excellent location! Ten minutes to the beautiful Cathedral which is a must see! Also ten minutes to the central park, restaurants and shopping areas. Location is safe, hotel is also safe. All staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant within the hotel is open for breakfast and the food is incredible. My room had a balcony which was fabulous to sit outside at night and watch the world go by. Will stay again and recommend it to friends.

Restaurant great hotel not great

The rooms had an extremely funky smell. It was hard to sleep with the smell but we got there late and had no option of looking for another place to stay. Hairs on the sink and towels were extremely old and see through. Hotel has great potential but needs allot of TLC. Restaurant- food and service was great. Restaurant great, hotel not great at all.

Clean room, but bring your own towels

The towels are dingy and full of holes. I'm not picky, don't need lux towels to be happy, but we were given towels that looked like rags for mopping and they were full of holes. I took pictures but feel bad sharing, I feel bad leaving this review because the staff was great and did their best to make our 1 night comfy. I just think that if I'm paying over $100 to stay in a hotel, guests should get at least a decent towel. The room was big, comfy; location is great; staff es great, and that made up for a lot.
