Incredible! Beyond expectations. The room was so nice, beds were the best ( I checked the mattress to order for home!). Staff were lovely. Little touches were so well received- biscuits in room, text before arrival, snacks in lobby. Just brilliant.

The staff at the Milo hotel was amazing. The property is beautiful and close to the zocalo. Its walking distance to many places. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a small living area. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside it no elevator if you have trouble walking up stairs and taking luggage up and down was a pain. And its nothing that would keepme from staying again.

Enjoyed Milo Collection for the last four nights. From the moment we arrived staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious. Nice to have bottled water in the room and a small treat each day. Housekeeping was amazing. Felt safe when walking to and from the hotel. Easy walk to the main square where there was lots of shopping and restaurants. Also, walkable were the weekend flea/farmers markets. Continental breakfast was fine. Breakfast menu available if you wanted a more substantial meal. There is also a Sunday buffet which had a nice variety.

A sweet place to discover Puebla

We were happy to find The Milo available for the last 6 nights of our trip. Close to the Zocolo and other areas of interest. We had room 10 and were happy but there is some street noise. Try room 12 or 2 for a quieter room but I don’t think you will have a window to outside. The hotel is charming especially the top deck restaurant with the views and excellent service. Thank you Daniela and Hugo! The front desk treated us so graciously. Annie is spectacular at her job. We felt like family. She looked after every need we had with the utmost attention. The hotel is very secure which is important to us as women travelers.

Excellent location, great rooms

The hotel is located within walking distance to many historic sites, cafes and restaurants. The coffee is great and the continental breakfast is tasty. You can buy food if you want more. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was upstairs away from the street so it was quiet. The staff is very friendly. The value of our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

El hotel es muy bonito. El servicio en general es excelente, todo el personal muy amable. Céntrico. El pan en el restaurante es delicioso. El restaurante y la vista es magnífica. Mi única sugerencia sería en el restaurante el servicio es un poquito lento porque la mesera tiene que ir a la cocina o al bar y pierde visibilidad de los clientes, no sabe si llega alguien o no. Tal vez una cámara en el área de mesas para q tenga vista desde la cocina. Nos encantó!
