Mala experiencia en la reservación
Bastante desagradable que al llegar nos dijeran que nuestra reservación no la tenían registrada y que ya no tenían habitaciones. Insinuando que buscaramos otro hotel porque ahí no podríamos hospedarnos por falta de habitaciones. Dijeron que era culpa de hoteles.com por sobre vender las habitaciones. Al final después de mucha espera. Nos dieron una habitación, pero no la que habíamos resevado para 4 personas. El personal fue amable, pero al principio muy poco empático.

Toalla sucia en en baño. Pedimos 3 veces 2 toallas que nos faltaban ese día ya no lo llevaron . Al otro día en la mañana volvimos a pedirlo y nos llevaron un burro de planchar en vez de las toallas .

Lo único que no me gustó es que la ropa de cama olía a perfume de huéspedes anteriores. Obviamente NO cambian sábanas, edredón de cama ni fundas de almohadas.
