The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

I liked the outdoor area inside the property. Because it was outdoors, they should allow smoking. The brunch was lovely and the live music was nice. The front desk was very accommodating, pleasant, and worked to ensure your our stay was comfortable. They even handled transportation needs.

Buena ubicación, el personal muy amable. Sin embargo, las fotos de las habitaciones no son reales, me dieron una habitación completamente diferente a lo que pagamos. A pesar de ser socio GOLD de expedía, tampoco nos ofrecieron upgrade de habitación ni nos sentimos VIP.
Este fue el tamaño del baño que recibimos, no podías tener la puerta abierta y tener espacio para lavarte los dientes.

Hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del zócalo, iglesias y muchos restaurantes. Nos quedamos en el 4to piso, recién remodelado, todo nuevo, moderno, camas muy cómodas (el elevador solo llega al 3er piso, no fue un problema). Pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check in, lo que fue cómodo para poder irnos a caminar los alrededores sin ese pendiente. El hotel tiene estacionamiento, se paga aparte.
