Well located, but did not notice during booking that hotel rooms don’t have A/C. Was hot in the room during the day. They brought an additional fan but was a loud unit

We made a reservation for two rooms 4 people but they gave us vouchers for continental beakfast for 3 only and the reseptionist had a nasty attitude we will not go back again.

Great customer service hotel in Puebla period.
The hotel was very clean. Customer service is on point. They great you with smile every time you walk in the lobby. They are always ready to help and assist you in making your stay enjoyable and pleasant. The breakfast is to die for. The pool area so beautiful and peaceful it makes you forget that you are in a rural area. Best experience ever Great Job I’ll surely be a guest for life when visiting Puebla Recommendation is 100+

Great for travelers with a car.
Everything was fine and enclosed parking was available. The hotel's location seemed strange and the building is unusual -- the elevators were the tip-off to me that it was built to be a hospital. I knew the staff was too young to know the history of the building so I asked an older cab driver if it had been a hospital. He told me it was built to be one but the neighbors objected and it opened as a hotel though the property is still owned by the Jenkins Foundation -- a major philanthropic organization in Puebla. My only observation/suggestion is that low wattage LED bulbs could replace the automatic shutoff of lights in the hallways which make then dark and eerie, though the lights do come on with motion in the hallways.

Nice Hotel At An Affordable Price
The hotel is in a good area and the staff is quite nice. The breakfast is quite good and the price is affordable. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. My complaints: Room walls are thin. You can hear the music from the dining room late into the night. The parking your car charge The hotel tries to charge you PER bag they take to your room or put In the car.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I will never return to this temible hotel, there were BEDBUGS and I was bitten and cause me very itchy and welts . Very unpleasant experience, don´t recommend to anyone.
