Horrible laud music
The neighbourhood is horrible. I was awaking with loud mimic from across the street at 3:30am. An hour later I couldn't bear it anymore and I called reception telling them that I would call the police if they didn't, to which the receptionist replay that the people with the laud music was a legitimate business. The music finally stop at about 5:45am I would never go back to this place.

Better than expected
I stayed in this hotel for a couple of weeks after other hotels in the same price range in the center of town were full. The first thing you should know is that the neighborhood isn't pretty, and that's the only reason I rated the hotel a three and not a four. It's in the middle of a zone that caters to automotive repair and car tires, But I don't think the neighborhood is dangerous. There is also a great taco restaurant just down the street and a convenience store on the corner. The room had the best shower of any hotel I've stayed in at this price range in Mexico. Ever. That's really important. A hot shower. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was clean. It's also near two lines of the MetroBus, so you can get to the colonial center easily. You can also get to the Los Fuertes park easily, which is a great place to walk around or run and see a nice view of the volcanos. So, this hotel is a great option if you don't mind staying outside of the colonial center of the city.

Stayed 21 blocks from the Centro. Easy 20 minutes to walk there, 15 minutes to Capu bus terminal. Quiet and clean hotel, and very nice looking

Limpio, cómodo pero falla aislamiento de ruido
El personal de recepción muy atento, las habitaciones limpias y las camas muy cómodas. Lo único que tendría que mejorarse, como ya han comentado otros huespedes, es el lugar para estacionar el carro pues es muy pequeño, y la acustica de algunas habitaciones porque se filtra el ruido externo (personas hablando, maletas arrastrándose por el piso, una máquina que suena toda la noche, etc.) y si te asignan la habitación que queda al lado de la recepción es imposibe ignorar todo el ruido típico de cualquier recepción (personas entrando y saliendo, personal escuchando la radio o hablando, etc.)

Para mi fue excelente por la zona, estas a la mitad de casi todo (del centro, de Capu, rueda etc) ademas de muy buen transito local, no solo tomar taxis
