The air conditioning did not work. Room was hot and stuffy. The AC would only run for a couple of minutes then sit off. Called front desk at 3 am to ask for a fan - they said they didn’t have any for guests. The front desk said “I was told to tell you to turn off the unit for 15 min then turn it back on” and “just open the window, it’s nice out now.” Turn one/off didn’t work. Opening the window for a ground level floor did not seem secure or private. Poor response for a known problem. Worst experience at a Best Western. Wont be staying there again.

Overall the property was fine, outside of being understaffed upon our arrival. You booked us into a room that doesn't allow pets, thus we waited for a much smaller room , which we didn't get into until after 5 p.m. we made due, but I will never use your services again. I would like a response and some compensation since I paid more than you quoted.
