One of the dirtiest places we’ve ever stayed. Stains on the towels and bedding. Heavy dust. Worst thing was that the shower valve almost pulled the wall out because it was so hard
When I checked in, the staff insisted that I provide a deposit for incidentals, not a problem all hotels and motels do the same, however this one demanded cash. a little unorthodox, but i did so as I was checking in expremely late. When I was exiting the property, my uber wating for me, they refused to give me mmy deposit back, saying that the towel was dirty, that made no sense to me as it was just me takinga shower. Not to mention how 1 towel ciost $100.00. Bad busines and dwn right fraud! Stay away go down the street to another hotel!

This property refused to give me my deposit back upon entering. I gave them $100 cash deposit and when I checked out, they claimed that a towel was dirty. Are you kidding me a towel was dirty? Stay away from these people they fraud
I have used Hotels.com and have been very pleased with the properties I’ve stayed at until now. I’m utterly disappointed with the “interpretation” of what people consider to be “good” and am requesting a refund for my stay at this Days Inn and highly encourage Hotels.com to remove this property from their portfolio.
The room was dirty, hair in the shower, staff was rude. I have stayed here many times and never had an issue this new management made me never want to stay here again. Room service was only upon request before 10am. Our room had wholes that were cover with light fixture covers
This property is normally fantastic, in fact my family and I have stayed here 3 other times without incident. The rooms are always clean and when the shower wasn't working immediately we were shifted to another room, so the service was excellent as well. During our stay this time there were several parking spaces that had glass sitting in them the entire stay and what sounded like a physical fight happened outside our room the second night of our stay. These were the only 2 big issues we had this stay, but I'm planning on giving this hotel another shotsince our other 3 stays were wonderful.
Should have read the reviews before booking. Place is filthy, and not secure. The side doors are taped to remain open till around 10pm. So anyone can go in and out without a key card. Was asked for $100 cash deposit and had to argue just to get a receipt for it. Will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. I should have taken more photos but didn’t
The hotel staff had their babies and children there and were busy with them to attend the front desk properly, the hotel stunk like skunk and swere. The vents to a/c brought the smell more into the room. The room wasn't cleaned properly there was hair in the tub, dust everywhere, dirty towels, stains on the toilet and spread sheets. Remote for TV was missing back cover so you had to hold the batteries in to make it work. Waited at the front desk half hour to ask for clean towels since phone in room was disroyed no one ever showed up. All the doors had tape over the latches to maintain doors open at all hours plus hallways next to exit doors had multiple bags of trash just piled up. It doesn't look like there has ever been any type of inspection the hot tub was dirty had food and spiders in it. The pool and bathroom in pool area were dirty. I don't know how this place is even open with how damaged everything is. The ice machine and multiple vending machines were out of order. The breakfast only had cereal, oatmeal, coffee and old muffins. The juice machine was out of order like most things there. There wasn't enough Parking we had to park in a different business next door leaving our car in an insecure area. The lot behind was full of trash. We could never find anyone to try to tell them of our issues the front desk was constantly unattended so many people were left waiting a long time just to check in.Hotels should not associate w/ this business it is not up to what i expect
I made reservation online. When I got there, it was disappointing. Poor area, homeless around, and no where safe for my car.
I went to desk to check in. Woman behind desk pulled up information and then told me I had to give her $100 in cash as well as credit card to register and that it was hotel policy. No where in any form I read, was cash mentioned.
Because of State Fair, she must have thought I had no other options. This was a shakedown, pure and simple. I canceled reservation and went elsewhere. No cash required.

I have never stayed at Wyndham property that was so bad we only stayed 1 night, then went somewhere else. There was nothing about this property or its staff that is positive.
