Clean comfortable Room at great price

Wonderful comfortable room in Canon City! All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had trouble getting through the mountains because of weather and the staff was very pleasant in telling us they would hold our room for us. The room was very clean and comfortable and everything worked well! Would definitely tell friends about this hotel and we hope to come back next year!

Clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Location convenient, easy to walk to things, but right on hwy 50. Our room was on side farthest from hwy 50 so was fine, but some of the rooms doors open towards the sidewalk of hwy 50 (small sidewalk and parking area for hotel between main sidewalk/hwy 50. Rooms and bathrooms are on small side, but everything needed including small refrigerator. Small breakfast area on property, didn't eat there so can't provide any insight on that. Check in was easy and quick. No complaints.

This hotel is a half-block off the main road through town, so it's pretty quiet. The wifi was weak in my room, which happened to be at the far end of the hotel relative to the office. The room has a kitchen (nice!), but very little in the way of utensils or kitchenware; also, no paper towels, no dish soap, no sponge. Bathroom is small; only a shower.

A really nice little place

It is a very neat little retro Mom & Pop roadside motel. Nothing fancy at all but well cared for and maintained. Rooms and the breakfast area were extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. We were pulling a 20 foot car hauler with a pickup that was to large to turn around in their parking lot but the check-in clerk was very helpful to guide us to the side street where we could easily get in and out. The only down side was that there was not a fridge in the room and the breakfast selections were slim but they were tasty. We'd definitely stay there again as we go through.

Surprisingly Nice Small Room

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. I am really surprised this is only a 2-star hotel. Breakfast was adequate-no hot food, just bagels, toast, pastries, fruit. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay there again. No pool or hot tub.
