Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was close to many things we wanted to do. Unfortunately there were a number of gunshots one of the nights and cars out front had windows and tires hit. Felt very unsafe.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was really good. My only concern during the stay was the security of my vehicle in the parking lot.

The front desk staff was superb. Juliana was so friendly and helped me see the highlights of Pueblo by taking the extra effort to explain the fun parts of the city and how to get there. Isabel was a superb housekeeper and gave me some bags so that I could carry my painting from the fair. Kristy was an excellent manager. My bed was so comfy. My room was spacious and quiet. The gym was super good. The hotel location was close to everything. Superb hotel

The Suite Life

The suite we were in (#428) is quiet, roomy and well laid out in 3 sections and includes all the amenities a guest would need: the entry and separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo, the living area with a good-sized fridge & microwave, couch, a desk, and a large screen TV, and the bedroom area with good lighting for reading, and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast was outstanding with both hot and cold offerings, and the staff kept the dining tables and food/beverage areas replenished and clean. The front desk was extremely welcoming and answered our questions. There is a well equipped workout room with free weights, treadmills, etc., but it lacked mats, disinfectant wipes to clean the equipment, and the water cooler was empty. The indoor pool area which includes a hot tub could be better ventilated as it was quite hot. Overall, an excellent stay, a good value, and we would gladly return.
