Nice hotel, great location.

The location was excellent (10 mins walk to restaurants or port. Staff were very helpful, room was clean. Breakfast was good.Nice pool/jacuzzi. Only downside was the last day I got to breakfast early as I had a flight. Lots of guests came after me but got served first, there didn't seem to be a system when they were busy so I didn't have time to finish breakfast.

Our favourite thing about this hotel was the pool area. Such a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing, walking our on a tour. The location was great as it was an easy walk to the harbour area for dinners, or walking to Tortuga Bay. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, ac worked great and bed was comfy. Loved the added fridge for storing cold water or snacks. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful pool and grounds

We stayed 2 nights and it was the perfect spot to be with kids. The pool is warm and there's even a beautiful large hot tub for the evening. Very good large breakfast and the triple room is a little hose with 2 twin beds and a king. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I’ve never given a bad review on here but unfortunately Hotel Fiesta was very disappointing. I booked a room and got emailed the final price including taxes. When I checked in I got charged (Expedia doesn’t let me put the amount) but a lot more extra! Afterwards I realised this and as I was checking out I brought this up to the reception lady and she said that she had mistakenly charged us extra local taxes. Even though we were clearly from New Zealand! But she said there was nothing she could do about it (which she could all she needed to do was refund the extra amount) but instead to send an email to her manager to sort out. I have now sent 3 emails since then but have not had a reply. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest with their customers… at this point they are thieves for stealing money that isn’t theirs and not wanting to return it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! And also hotel looked nothing like the pictures in real life! Rooms were tiny and gross!! Even if this hadn’t happened the real rooms are not worth the super expensive prices!!

There was some initial confusion as the hotel check-in instructions stated someone with a name board would be waiting at the airport/ferry port but none was there - however there were plenty of taxis available and after a driver confirmed with hotel staff on a call that nobody had been sent specifically we were able to make our way to the hotel. The hotel is in a delightful quiet road within a short walk of most restaurants, shops and bars. The pool and sun lounger area is spectacular and the gardens beautiful and immaculately kept. Bed in the room was firm and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Room fixtures and bathroom fittings are basic yet clean - for a trip here however you will probably want to spend most of your time outside. Staff were friendly and helpful, front desk and breakfast staff spoke English fluently which was helpful. Would strongly recommend the hotel to other travellers.
