The room smelled like cigarettes, in the bathroom persisted through the whole stay even after complaining to the staff. The room had plumbing problems and the cooking top was not working properly. The place has nice surroundings though.

Viajé sola con mis dos hijos y me pareció MUY buena opción. Excelente hotel. Vista increíble al lago, buena ubicación, excelente habitación, muy limpia, en perfecto estado y cómoda. Cocina muy completa. Jacuzzi al aire libre y estar en el jacuzzi mientras nieva es toda una experiencia. Desayuno completo y rico. Lo mejor fue su personal, todos muy amables y cordiales. Nicolás de la recepción, el señor de servicios generales, la mesera del desayuno… todos muy muy amables!! Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que el hotel no es cerrado entonces en invierno debes abrigarte para trasladarte al restaurante, piscina, jacuzzi, etc. Pero esto la verdad no es mayor inconveniente.

The two ladies at reception were extremely nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience. The rest of the property was a mess. The breakfast was very poor for the price, cleanliness was well below acceptable standards, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was terrible. The location is good, but by international standards I would consider this closer to a 1-star hotel. Also, be aware that the hotel consists of multiple buildings. Depending on the room you are assigned, you may actually have to leave the main property and walk up the street to another building. Overall, the location is convenient, but the condition, cleanliness, maintenance, and value for money were very disappointing.
