it was amazing vacation I definitely recommend this place as a private beach . Pool and you and you can be in the pool all night if you want it’s awesome and the view is fabulous.

Exente atención al huésped todo perfectamente limpio en las habitaciones con su playa privada estaba en reconstrucción en ciertas areas pero no lo sientes con la comodidad del resto del hotel no tiene servicio de restaurante pero es una zona con muy buenos restaurantes

I took my grandparents out for the weekend, it was all our first time in Puerto Escondido. It was such a gorgeous place the stay was amazing as well, the staff were all nice they would greet you every time you crossed paths with them. My grandma loves to talk and the people in the front desk didn’t seem to mind her friendliness. The front desk were always friendly faces and we looked forward to seeing them. Muchas gracias por su hospedaje espero regresar pronto con ustedes!

El lugar es bonito y la playa esta super accesible y privada, con poca gente. muy cerca del hotel hay buenos restaurantes para cenar. también está relativamente cerca el mercado Benito Juarez y donde es más económico. las piscinas muy bien, una muy bonita vista al mar. En la habitación con aire acondicionado y pantalla plana. Lo que le hace falta es al menos un sillón o sofá. Por otra parte en la limpieza pierde un poco, puede mejorar.

Es totalmente un engaño las instalaciones no son como esta en las fotografías, EXPEDIA debe checar que en verdad sea lo que están ofreciendo, es un lugar sucio , descuidado y con cucharrachas enormes. No se queden ahí nunca.

Debería avisar que está en plena reconstrucción y rehabilitación de servicios. No hay agua caliente todo el tiempo No hay ni una silla en la habitación Una camarera para todo el hotel Falla el internet Playa muy sucia y descuidada Camino a la playa y lugar de la playa con costales ,varillas , partes del inmueble ,etc son inseguros para caminar y no hay personal ni letreros que orienten El punto es avisen y pongan fotos reales ,cada quien sabrá si acepta esas condiciones o no, pero se genera otra expectativa, por el personal que no se da abasto funciona sólo una alberca a la vez en todo el inmueble , con las fotos y las descripciones de servicio parciales mienten al final de cuentas

Tenía playa muy bonita pero como todo en puerto escondido había que bajar una colina, en el hotel batallamos mucho para que nos cambiaran o nos dieran toallas para bañarnos, varias veces nos tocó cercarnos con nuestra propia ropa. El cuarto 312 siempre tenía un pájaro que picaba la puerta todos los días y se escuchaban ruidos extraños.. de miedo.
