Awful Hotel
The gentleman in the front who checked me in was very rude. He couldn't find my reservation, was making phone calls but because no one would answer he threw the cell phone then asked for my confirmation# again and finally gave me the room key. The room was dirty with ants all over the floor. Every time I had a question for the guy he gave me attitude with an annoyed look on his face. I still thanked him each time even though he wouldn't respond. Worst experience ever at a hotel, I will not be staying there again.

El hotel, nada que ver las fotos con la realidad. Es muy caro para lo que ofrece; habitaciones muy pequeñas, el baño olía mal desde el primer día. Los colchones duros, almohadas duras. Los muebles dejaban oliendo rara la ropa. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, fuera de ahí, no regresaría.

una poquería
Fue la peor experiencia de verdad no se como se atreven a recomendar este tipo de lugares, las camas inservibles, el baño puerquísimo, sin un espejo en el la habitación, cortinas de tela transparente y muy delgadas, de verdad peor que un hotel de sexoservidoras

Confort minimum, hôtel en travaux, chambre 34= pas de wifi, pas de climatisation (pourtant prévu dans le descriptif). Petite piscine à l’eau stagnante et sans filtres. Chambre doit être libérée à 12h30, aucune souplesse pour l'horaire de départ sauf contre paiement de 300 pesos. Il vous coûtera 50 pesos par bagage si vous souhaitez les laisser le temps de se balader une dernière fois entre 12h30 et votre départ et votre vol. Toutefois, une femme de ménage passe chaque jour pour changer serviettes de bain et nettoyer la chambre. Et la situation géographique de l’hôtel est centrale, proches plages et zones de restauration. Peut être que les travaux en cours amélioreront les Points négatifs de notre séjours.
