The best place to stay in Iguazu. Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing. The food and the spa, wonderful. It is really nice location, you can walk all the National Park. I definitely would come back.

This was a phenomenal stay for us! The staff here (Natalia, Carlos, Diego especially) are truly outstanding. The wait staff were also just wonderful. We splurged and got a room with a view of the falls and it was definitely worth it. But a jungle view would also be ok because so many of the common areas have a stunning view. The food is really good. Definitely pricey but very good! We splurged on a meal at their Mercado restaurant. We did the offer of what we call a prix fixe menu and while it was good, it was way too much food. We didn’t try the wines but it looked like they had an amazing selection. We saw monkeys and toucans and other birds on property! We were able to get late check out at 2 pm (and could have extended further if we were willing to pay $36/hour). Also, they offered that we could shower at the spa if we needed to and one of us did, which was great. Taking the Iguazu Jungle trip was also so convenient as it starts and ends right near the hotel. We walked both the Inferior and Superior Circuits - both of which are easily accessible from the hotel. We did not have time for the train but that is also very convenient from the hotel. This place is a 10/10 hands down. If you are able to spend the extra money to stay here, you will definitely be wowed!

The location of this hotel made our trip to Iguazu Falls extra special. We could enjoy the view and the sounds of the falls 24 hours a day. It was easy to use the entrance from the hotel to the park any time the park was open. The breakfast was one of our favorite in the world. The hotel staff accommodated us when we had requests or questions. They even went out of their way to help, even when we had made a mistake with the dinner half-board options. We didn't give the room a perfect 5 stars because the glass door to the bathroom had an annoying clink sound every time we opened it. It wouln't deter me from coming back.The monkeys do make some noise, but it's also memorable. One morning a monkey was banging an object on the metal awning The staff were shooing the little guy. A fun part of the experience of staying inside the park.

The amazing breakfast buffet had natural honey, fresh juices, waffles that rivaled Belgium's, omlettes to order, and much more! This buffet was one of the best in the world. One morning they had live violin music that added to the experience.

The common areas look out toward the falls and are spotlessly maintained. The infinity pool with the falls ahead is a great spot to wile away an afternoon and look for animals that live in the forest. We loved the easy access to the park and and the ample tasty breakfast to start the day. Last but not least, the staff was welcoming, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to the falls.

We loved our stay! Beautiful hotel, so convenient to the trails and falls. The service and staff were amazing. We booked a family room for five. We didn’t realize it was just two connecting rooms with a roll-in bed (that was the only negative). And the rooms weren’t 5 star level. You pay for the view and convenience. It was worth it and the falls were beautiful!

Camila, Andrea and the crew in the restaurant were great during the breakfast service. IRUPE at the reception was really nice and helpful too. Amazing hospitality. the restaurants and the bar were really nice. ======= however, I think the charging the guest for monkey entry is not really fair. I am sure I closed the door even double checked it, yet still got the monkey entry. I believe there's another way to keep the monkey out. also I think I was charged with something that was not in the refrigerator in the beginning.
