The property is nice, in the jungle. Far from anything else, so stuck eating at the property. The food and drink prices are very high and food is mediocre at best. Service was excellent as the staff was very nice and helpful. New adult pool by the river was very nice, but limited seating.

Beautiful property in a rainforest setting. The first room we were given had an intermittent sewage smell, so we requested another room. They upgraded us to what looked like a honeymoon suite. It was very large with a large balcony and nicer bathroom. The property is showing its age and is need of some maintenance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wait staff were above average for Argentina.

Beautiful Hotel near the Iguazu Falls

Hotel picked us up at airport. This is a beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. It is pricey and I assume most go to see the magnificent Iguazu Falls. I only recommend that you bring your own wine to the property from DFS at the airport. There is a triple markup on Argentinian wines. The pools are magnificent. Gym is decent. We met great people from all over. Breakfast buffet is decent. I would highly recommend. The staff were extremely accomodating.

This property was beautiful the pools were amazing and staff is friendly. I did contact the property 2 separate times about the airport shuttle and never got a response so that was disappointing.

Some issues need to be addressed

The main problems were with safety. The floor of my room was dangerously slippy because of the humidity. I’m sure that a dehumidifier in each room would help. The rope bridges between the buildings look great but when two people are on the same one it becomes an issue and I witnessed an elderly lady fall. Lastly, both lifts for our apartment building were out for over 24 hours. It’s a shame because the pool area is amazing, the location is good.

This resort despite its rating fell short of our expectations. We appreciated that our room was dark and quiet. The front desk was helpful in arranging taxis for our ventures to the town of Iguazu and the falls. The downside: Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the natural area. It was damp and very musty smelling. Upon departure, black mold was discovered in one of the drawers. The mini fridge did not work. We told the front desk three times. Their response was “We know”. No effort was made to fix or replace it. The servers in the restaurants, particularly the breakfast and tiki bar were very unenthusiastic and almost seemed to make an effort to avoid serving their guests. Very few looked as if they were having a good day or enjoying their work. We were disappointed that this hotel did not provide drinking water outside of the 2 small bottles a day. A resort with ratings and prices like this one should at least include sufficient drinking water instead of overcharging.

Very good experience. Not everyone at the restaurant speaking English slightly delayed the service, but you can scan code the menu and order from there. Very clean, very attentive to details. The pools were great. Highly recommended overall

The staff was wonderful, there was confusion about our airport pickup due to a technical issue communicating and they more than made up for it when we arrived. The grounds were stunning and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The property is very large with buildings quite a ways from the main building. After our first night we asked if there was a map we could have to find our way around. You must drink bottled water but the resort only provides 2 small bottles a day. They need to have a self fill station in the lobby for people who carry reusables bottles.
