Hotel is dated and located in a residential area, quite a distance from town centre. Limited facilities and dining option. Thank goodness hotel has a taxi stand that provides transport to Iguazu Fall on both the Argentina n Brazilian side.

The room had no refrigerator even though we were told it would. I needed the refrigerator for my medications. One night I wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant and they were having a party and they would not allow me to buy anything. I was very hungry and didn’t want to walk a mile to town. The staff was WONDERFUL. There is a taxi service inside the hotel and they were always accommodating. The morning buffet is excellent. Yes I would stay there again.

Good location & onsite services

This is a 3-star hotel so I will rate it as such. In terms of pricing, it is a little on the expensive side for Argentina, though Iguazu is heavily touristic which may explain this. PROS Location is excellent, 5-10 minute walking distance to the main road filled with restaurants & shops. 25-minute walk to the Tres Fronteras Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, mini-fridge. Service to book additional tours onsite. Breakfast included with varied selection. Very good restaurant onsite! They will hold your luggage for the day if needed after checkout. Beautiful rooftop pool with bathrooms. Spacious lobby which is important in Iguazu as many people wait for tours & transportation. Some opportunities for improvement: Water bottles sold at $3 USD is steep (there are “Kioscos” within walking distance where you can buy for cheaper) Bathrooms need a little renovation as there is rust and cracked paneling on the door. Floor of our bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. No late checkout available (I would have paid an extra $25-30 if it were available) All in all, I would stay here again given good location, onsite restaurant, breakfast, pool and services :)
