Puerto Iguazú Vacation Packages

El desayuno muy deprimente, el aire acondicionado no deja dormir por tanto ruido que hace. El aseo de la habitación regular, y el baño necesita restauración. No volvería.

Everything was great. Specially feeling like being in middle of wilderness

The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds and our welcome was warm. It was great to have breakfast and dinner included in the price; the buffet style food was of a good quality, although only just warm but there was plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and it was lovely to have a linen table cloth and napkin at dinner. We were disappointed with the BBQ that we paid extra for on the second night. The meat was dry, probably reheated from the previous service; however, when we pointed this out to the waiter he was quick to replace it with freshly cooked meat, which was delicious. The hotel very kindly allowed a late check-out and arranged for a taxi to the airport. The bedroom was fine, with a jacuzzi bath, robes and flip flops for the spa (which we didn't use). The only disappointing thing was the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Our room was very nice and well maintained. The staffs were very helpfull and friendly. The WiFi worked well. The buffet breakfast menu was a bit limited. I was surprised that the hotel gym closed at 9pm.

Everything was nice about the property. The location was a little further than we liked.

Fiirst day when I arrived staff was very kind, patient and helpful!

This lodge we gave 5 stars due to its unique connection to the environment and its long history of providing service in Iguaçu. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room were clean we appointed and very comfortable for a couple or a family of four if the children and younger. The pools were fabulous the restaurant was too. We don’t like to compare but for the cost and close proximity to the Argentina Parque Nacionale or to go to the Brazil side this place is hard to beat. The lodge has been around for 50 years we hope it’s around for another 50!
