Top notch resort, everything we saw was very well maintained and staff were excellent. Our Junior Suite room was gorgeous. On site grocery store was well stocked. Gym was clean and equipment of very good quiality. Some sections of outdoor walkways between pools can get slippery when wet so try to stay on the tiles with traction. Staff did an excellent job keeping things clean and safe during a heavy rainstorm.

This is a very personalized resort. The staff are great. The rooms are amazing. Great access to the beach with a very swimmable waterfront.. Resort offers free shuttles to the airport however they are yet to offer this to the Tren Maya station right by the airport.
