The staff were not helpful as there were raccoons swimming in our private swimming pool and it caused me to end my birthday trip a day early the hotel did not accommodate me or refund me for my last night which I find unfair I have been going back and forth with them for weeks now

This was our first stay at this resort and we are already planning to come back. Everything was amazing! The food was fantastic, staff was incredible. Although there’s no beach we didn’t find it a problem at all, plus if you walk towards ether resort on ether side you can walk along those beaches

Everything was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating except someone in Concierge Aleesa. She was very rude and aggressive and bating people into altercations, definitely spoke with a supervisor about her. Restaurants on the resort are not done traditionally and will be filled for your entire stay. We could not get reservations for the steak house, went to see if there were any cancellations and the restaurant was empty asking us to come back on another day. This is what needs to be fixed. Besides that it was a wonderful stay!

It’s an excelent and beautifull hotel. The food and drinks are great in every bar and restaurant. However, location is fan from everything and roads near the hotel are destroyed and some drivers are going to mention that they won’t go through those roads, especially on rainy days since it get flooded. Overall, it’s an good choices if you are looking not to go out much and enjoy the facilities.

Great hotel with very nice staff. Only downside no beach access available. Smaller resort with fewer activity options but the overall place is very beautiful. Great service from servers Juan and Jesus at the Boathouse buffet and JWB Steakhouse. Febe in concierge services was very helpful booking restaurant reservations. Every time she seen me walking around she always provided a smile and spoke to me remembering my name. The rooms are very nicely decorated with a lot of space. The Landshark restaurant had good food, love the tacos from the other snack bar. JWB restaurant had the best overall food experience.
