I booked this resort on a rush and stayed for 3 nights. It was the greatest 3 nights in a long time when going to a resort. The amenities, staff, service, everything was top notch and convenient. For having only 2 full days to enjoy the resort it felt like a week. Food, drinks, pools, entertainment and friendly staff made for a great time!

We enjoyed this resort immensely! It was relaxing. The rooms were great and the view spectacular. Unfortunately, my husband lost his wedding ring and no one turned it in. It was more sentimental value than the cost of it. He took it off to wash his hands and forgot to put it back on and the next morning it was gone. It could have been a staff member or someone staying at the resort. It was very disappointing though that no one turned it jn.

We loved our stay at this Margaritaville resort. The only thing we found hard to get used to was the main floor is really the second floor off the elevator. The first floor is where the pool and some restaurants are, but the lobby and other restaurants are on the second or third floors. It was confusing. It would be helpful if there were signs in the elevators. Aside from that, the property was beautiful, the staff is magnificent and very friendly and accommodating. Please tip your staff because they are worth it! Our room was perfect and the balcony very relaxing overlooking the pool. Especially at night, the lighting was beautiful! I would highly recommend this spot!

Well the difference between waterfront amd beachfront was learned on this trip. Hotel was very nice and staff was great. The limited beach acess was off putting and I expected more. The pools were great but water was cold and no jacuzzi except for the spa. The amenities and the courtesy ALL(single and families) showing guests the grounds,eateries, bathrooms, hours of operation should be a standard here. It wasnt. The hotel is lovely and if ur looking for relaxing no frills time sitting by the pool kind of vacay this is a great place, but dont expect a walk to the beach.

I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. While the property is new and impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, a few aspects fell short of expectations. Despite being beach-facing, there is no direct or indirect access to the beach as it has been washed away due to a recent hurricane. This was disappointing, as the view is beautiful but inaccessible. Additionally, the food options are quite limited for vegetarians or vegans, which made dining a bit challenging. On the positive side, the modern facilities and cleanliness were impressive, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. With improvements in dining options and perhaps a clearer mention of the beach situation, this property could provide a more well-rounded experience.

The hotel is new. But the food at the main restaurant is average. Only two restaurants that actually makes sense which is the streakhouse and the italian place. So the options are pretty limited. The beach is unusable since the hurricane since its muddy and unclean. For the price, not worth it i would say.

It was enjoyable. The waitstaff at the Boathouse could have been more attentive. The female waiters didn't seem to know what to do. I ask for water and never got it on several occasions. Alain at the Lobby bar was entertaining, cute little Joto. Victor was great.

Awesome location
The property is amazing. The service is amazing. The food is amazing. We are looking forward to staying here again. It is only 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport and it was 15 minutes from the Catholic Church for Sunday Mass in English.
