Very Home warming . Excellent services and staff very friendly and compassionate about their jobs. BANDS FURIBG THE WEEK WERE GREAT MUSIC FOR ALL ethnic groups. Friendly people staying at resort made lots of new friends. Pool and grounds are very clean and kept up daily. Food is good and drinks choice are good . Fun activities you can join daily in or out of the pool . ONLY DISLIKE IS THAT THERE IS NO ON SITE BEACH AT THIS RESORY ANYMORE GOT WASHED OUT BY THE STORMS . SO THERE NO OPEN WHITE SAND BEACH BUT EVERYTHING STILL OCEAN VIEW AND VERY BEAUTIFUL RESORT.

The Rooms, hotel, food, and staff were fantastic. 10 out of 10. My only complaint would beThe ocean near the hotel had bad smelling algae this time of year, (September) so wasn’t ideal. But the pool was fantastic.

The staff the bartenders at the pool area, were the best. The food was excellent. The only bad thing is that we don’t see the beach blue anymore. That was the downfall but everything else was perfect😍

Fabulous resort everything was awesome! Only a few downsides; There is no sandy stretch of walkable beach and not swimmable water, that was a downer. The entertainment listed wasn’t always on for example we looked forward to karaoke then it wasn’t on when we got to the bar same happened with the foam party scheduled then no foam party!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property!! Positives: 1. This is the first ever resort that had captain Morgan rum, which we were SO excited about. It is typically the only liquor my husband and I will drink, and can only ever get it on cruises! 2. Every meal tasted good, the food at the wedding and steakhouse was GREAT! 3. Staff was super helpful and friendly 4. The room (King Paradise) was extremely nice, big and clean! It surprised our expectations for sure. 5. The pools and resort weren’t busy at all. We never had to fight for a lounging chair. Dining was easy. However, make sure to book your Italian and steakhouse spot right away! We missed out on Italian because we assumed we could do it last minute. 6. The coffee was really good for a resort!! Things we wish were better: 1. I felt like breakfast ran out of quality fruit every day and could have had a wider variety. 2. There was not a lunch buffet, so you would have to eat at the restaurant which took 1 hour one day, so we didn’t love that. We like quick food to grab and go during the day. 3. We knew this, but if you go July- September, it is a heavy seaweed season and you will smell it. However, we got pretty used to it. 4. Although there is no beach, we felt like on our 4 day trip we were good with the pools! 5. We wished there were more activities. We did not do any excursions due to limited time, so we can’t speak to how the resort handled such thing. We have nothing truly bad to say and would return!

I paid for this trip, then paid for my friend to come with & the food was bla at 3 of the 5 restaurants! It’s not an alll inclusive? They charge you USD for things that are normally included! They do have a margarita station in room, cool but you do need to go buy your own booze? Other places give you a few drinks for free, they charge you for a few diff packages for a cabana by the pool $175 usd when other places just let you wake up early n grab one? Some places give you snacks this gives you points? You can only use pm certain things? Not even tic tacs are free? lol Over $100 usd for s’mores! The same set up in Disney was $12! Food poisoning fr room service, taco place is only good early in the day around dinner it’s dried out? Shark brewery is the only good place all day every day! Italian made us sick, steak place was ok? But you getting like a spoon full of mashed potatoes with the steak, they charge people diff prices depending on who you are? My sister 120$ massage, my friend wanted the same they told her $200? The excursions is what saved my trip! I had fun away from resort, do shopping on 5th ave in playa del Carmen not on resort you will save hellla & use uber! Cuz hotel was charging $120 usd to mall n back & uber was $29 Canadian 😏 for 5 star I expected more? It felt more like a 3? It only made me miss Jamaica & their hospitality & all inclusive means all inclusive there! Will I ever go back? No! Let’s not forget they charge 4 leaving resort
